Counseling
Homeowner seeks mandatory counseling from HUD approved counseling agency and certificate
issued, list of counselors can be provided by ANMC.

Step 3:
Application
Homeowner completes Reverse Mortgage application, signs and returns with all required documents.

Step 4:
Processing/Closing
ANMC orders appraisal, title work and any payoff for liens; an appraiser comes to your home to assess the value; closing takes place at local title company or in your home.
